Scope of our Services

Direct/ Permanent Placement:
The Nagler Group offers access to our extensive network of candidates for your permanent full or part-time openings. These candidates are typically passively looking and represent a desired part of the market, as they do not usually answer newspaper or internet ads.

Temporary Placement:
Work with our talented professionals on an interim basis to supplement your core staff. Common uses for this type of placement include coverage while hiring a permanent staff, vacation coverage, help finishing projects and providing a skill set not available with your current staff.

Temporary-to-hire:
Hiring your staff using our temporary-to-hire service allows you to evaluate the candidate before you make a permanent hire and allows the candidate to make sure the position is a good fit for them before committing to the company. The candidate starts as a temporary employee and can become a permanent employee after an evaluation period established by the client, candidate and the Nagler Group recruiter.
