Melissa D. Levesque, SPHRMelissa D. Levesque, SPHR: Melissa comes to the Nagler Group with over ten years of HR and recruiting experience. At her previous employer, Atomic Ski USA, Inc., she created and developed the HR function for the organization. From employer branding and recruiting initiatives and performance management coaching and training to strategic planning and team building for mission driven results, she assisted Atomic in achieving and maintaining its status at the top of its industry. Before joining Atomic she had worked as a financial manager for a large computer components manufacturer and distributor. Prior to her years in the manufacturing/wholesale industry, Melissa spent over ten years in the hospitality field for Fortune 500 companies. There she worked in finance, administration and customer service.

Melissa earned her undergraduate degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Hospitality Management at Southern New Hampshire University, went on to earn her HR Certificate from UNH and her SPHR designation. She is currently enrolled in the Masters program for Organizational Leadership at SNHU in Manchester, NH.     

Shawn D JutrasShawn D Jutras: Shawn joins the Nagler Group with four years of professional recruiting experience within a variety of industries. Shawn had spent almost a year with KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting assisting accounting professionals in their search for employment. Prior to KBW, he spent three years at one of the largest national nurse recruiting/homecare agencies. Shawn spent the first eleven months as a recruiter in Manchester, NH. Then he was promoted to an Accounts Manager in Boston, MA where he was responsible for the company’s largest nurse recruiting programs for Wellness and Flu Immunization nurses.

Shawn was also the Founder and President for seven years of Lasting Impressionz, a non-profit organization in which he recruited hundreds of members to organize and conduct charitable events in New Hampshire, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He is also a member of MYPN and is involved in other charities throughout the year.     

Theresa NobleTheresa Noble: Theresa comes to The Nagler Group after seven years in the mortgage and finance industry. During her tenure she managed a team, was responsible for hiring, development and was the designated trainer for all new employees. She relocated to Bedford, NH from Salt Lake City, UT in 2007. She brings The Nagler Group her experience providing dedicated customer service, strong account management and business to business relationship development. Theresa has a Bachelor's Degree in History and a minor in Ethnic Studies from the University of Utah, Salt Lake, UT. Her interests are in skiing, traveling and community involvement.     

Elizabeth EastmanElizabeth Eastman: Elizabeth comes to The Nagler Group with five years experience in retail management, and two years within the staffing industry. In her previous management role, she directly assisted the President of the company by overseeing business and sales operations, and directing employee relations. She transitioned into the recruiting field as a corporate recruiter for an international consulting firm specializing in internal audit advisory services. Elizabeth has a recognized ability to provide superior organizational/operational support services. Elizabeth has obtained her B.S. in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University, Manchester, NH.
