  • Reception duties
  • Calendar management and travel scheduling

  • General office management duties, including maintaining inventory of office supplies and coordinating with office equipment service vendors (copiers, etc.)
  • Ensuring that the office is maintained in a clean and professional state
Pay: 22-24/hr depending on experience
