Maura will be responsible for The Nagler Group’s temporary and permanent placement operations, development of new growth opportunities, along with managing all staff in three office locations (Woburn, MA, Bedford and Portsmouth, NH).

With over a decade of local staffing and recruiting experience, Maura’s work ethic and client service strategy drives continued, award-winning growth for the company. She is very active in the local business community as part of professional organizations such as NEHRA, SHRM, and SBANE where she sits on the Women’s Business Committee and Massachusetts Government Affairs committee. Maura was also named the winner of the 2013 H. Michael Boyd Excellence in Employment Award. Prior to joining The Nagler Group, Maura held senior management positions for multiple local and international staffing and recruiting organizations. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Sociology, while graduating cum laude, from Boston College. A diehard Boston sports fan, she lives in Tewksbury with her husband and son.
