Legal – Senior Contract Specialist
JOB SUMMARY
We have recently partnered with a busy Marlborough, MA power and energy company who are seeking a sharp Contract Specialist to join their collaborative legal team. This is a great opportunity to grow with a dedicated team of professionals! The Contract Specialist will assist with the following:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contract terms and conditions.
- Redlining contracts, flagging risks, and editing documents to adhere to compliance and control guidelines.
- Collaborating with internal departments to include risk management, legal, sales, project management, and finance.
- Perform due diligence and coordinate with counsel as required.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Contract Management within the power, energy, manufacturing, or construction space.
Organization, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must! Preferences will be given to candidates with prior Contract Management experience.
