Executive Assistant
JOB SUMMARY
Our client, at a bank headquartered in the Greater Boston area, is looking to add an Executive Assistant to their team. They are ideally targeting a candidate coming out of a banking industry prior to this role. The role will provide Executive support to their president as well as handling administrative projects as needed. Looking for someone with 3+ years experience as an EA. Responsibilities include:
• Perform various administrative assistant duties such as preparation of correspondence, scheduling meetings and managing related records. Coordinate and process related paperwork to maintain efficient workflow.
• Maintain knowledge of legislative and regulatory requirements in the area of corporate governance as they relate to areas of responsibility.
• Schedule, coordinate and communicate with governing bodies board meetings in accordance with Bank by-laws and established procedures, as needed.
• Prepare for Board meetings, as needed, in accordance with applicable law and Bank bylaws.
• Initiate and follow-through on the preparation of corporate press releases.
• Schedule and coordinate other corporate meetings and events as they relate to areas of responsibility. Responsible for arranging various employee relations events and communication.
Qualifications:

3+ years Executive Assistant experience

Banking industry experience
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
