Organization Development Lead

JOB SUMMARY
Our client is a leading Global Manufacturer looking to bring on an Organizational Development Project Lead to join their HR team while they implement and new HRIS Platform:

Overview:
  • Develop and execute organizational readiness/Adoption plan
  • Register key project team resources and administrators for access to HRMS vendor’s education center
  • Monitor ongoing progress of training and organizational readiness activities
  • Develop and coordinate training to end users
  • Help internals learn the process, learn the system. 
  • Work with vendors to help design and tailor training for staff
  • Create reports in Power BI, or other systems to highlight projects and report progress
  •  Organize meetings to discuss reports and solicit feedback to help shape processes based on data provided
  • Understanding if troubleshooting was completed and documented correctly and then schedule meetings to review issues found

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field: psychology, organization development, organization change leadership, human resources,
• Minimum of 3 years experience implementing learning, change management and communications, and/or organization development programs and interventions
 • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to develop communications and materials for an organization-wide audience
• Knowledge of common Organization Development and Change models and methods
• Fluency in Microsoft tools and ability to quickly learn new technologies
