Job Title: Proposal Specialist/Marketing Manager

Onsite in Tewksbury, MA

Compensation:
$70,000 - $90,000 

About the Role:
Our client is looking for a Proposal Specialist/Manager, you'll play a crucial role in their business development efforts. You'll support multiple shareholders, including their process engineering, systems, and construction teams, to create cohesive narratives for their proposals. While the primary focus is on proposal development (70%), you'll also engage in marketing and social media activities (30%).

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Business Development to understand client needs and craft compelling proposals.

• Analyze RFQs and RFPs to ensure comprehensive responses.

• Develop proposal outlines and draft content for bid submissions.

• Coordinate with subject-matter experts to gather necessary content.

• Review, edit, and write technical and marketing proposal content to ensure accuracy and persuasiveness.

• Work with the Marketing/BD team to create branded proposal graphics.

• Apply writing and communication skills to other business functions, including blog and social media posts, and website updates.

Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years of experience in professional proposal writing within the architectural, engineering, or construction industry.

• Proven ability to work independently and manage complex proposal processes.
