Location: Bedford, MA (4 days onsite/1 remote)

You'll work closely with the team to ensure that benefits offerings are streamlined, accessible, and supportive of their employees' needs. They're looking for someone with a passion for employee wellness and a knack for navigating the intricacies of benefits administration.
Responsibilities:
- Process employee payments accurately and efficiently, handling accounts payable and receivable related to payroll.
- Serve as the go-to resource for payroll inquiries, including timecards, accruals, and adjustments.
- Manage leaves of absence, including coordinating with employees and overseeing compliance with state and federal regulations such as PMFLA and FMLA.
- Guide employees through benefit enrollment, answering questions and providing support as needed.
- Host online meetings to educate employees about our benefits offerings and facilitate adjustments to benefit plans.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations through auditing and leading benefit audits, including 401K and 403b plans.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of experience in Benefits and Leave Management
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce
- Salary range: $60,000 - $65,000 per year (non-profit)
