SR HRBP (Supply Chain & Operations and Quality)

JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. If you have strong experience supporting and building the supply chain and operations groups, we want to hear from you today! Responsibilities:
Workforce Planning:
  • Engage in workforce planning activities to ensure alignment of talent with current and future needs.
  • Develop functional and cross-functional career maps, analyze staffing requirements, and identify skill gaps.
Talent Development:
  • Implement talent development initiatives and programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Support onboarding, leadership development, and performance management efforts.
Total Rewards:
  • Drive the annual compensation review process for assigned teams.
  • Manage approval processes for promotions, salary changes, and spot awards.
Compliance and Policy Adherence:
  • Ensure compliance with policies, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Stay up to date about relevant labor laws and regulations.
Employee Relations:
  • Serve as a point of contact for management and resolution of performance and conduct issues.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to employees and managers for conflict resolution.
Strategic Alignment:
  • Collaborate with team to understand business objectives and align HR strategies accordingly.
  • Proactively implement HR initiatives that support functional and company goals, driving employee attraction, engagement, productivity, development, and retention.
Requirements:
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite

Pay: 175-200k + bonus depending on experience

Location: 100% onsite in Andover
