People Analytics & HRIS Project Manager

JOB SUMMARY
Job Title: HRIS/Analytics Project Manager - Temporary

Location: Hybrid in Boston

Duration: 4-6 Months

Overview:
Our solar energy company is seeking a skilled HRIS/Analytics Project Manager to join our team on a temporary basis. This individual will play a crucial role in the implementation and configuration of additional modules within our new HRIS system, Rippling. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HRIS implementations, strong analytics capabilities, and the ability to set up robust reporting functionalities within the HRIS platform.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation and configuration of additional modules within the Rippling HRIS system, including performance management, budgeting, and workforce planning.
  • Work closely with the executive team to understand their data needs and develop reporting solutions to meet those needs effectively.
  • Utilize expertise in HR analytics to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the successful integration of Rippling into our HR processes and workflows.
  • Provide hands-on support and training to HR staff and end-users on the effective use of the HRIS system.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience handling HR analytics, HRIS implementations, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing and configuring HRIS systems, preferably Rippling.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience setting up and customizing reporting functionalities within HRIS platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering results.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
Reporting:
  • This position will report directly to the VP of HR.

Compensation:
  • Market rate, estimated at $45-60/hour, commensurate with experience.

Note:
  • Experience with Rippling HRIS is a huge plus, though not required.
