Temporary HR Administrator – I-9 Compliance Project
Location: Portsmouth, NH (Fully Onsite)
Duration: 1–2 Months
Pay Rate: $25–30/hr
We’re working with a global medical device and technology company that is seeking a Temporary HR Administrator to support a critical I-9 compliance audit project. This is a fully onsite role based in Portsmouth, NH, ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-driven environment and is passionate about HR operations and data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct a full audit of I-9 forms for U.S. employees to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Identify and correct discrepancies within existing records.

Organize and upload compliant documentation into SharePoint.

Collaborate with HR leadership to support broader data readiness efforts in preparation for a potential HRIS system transition.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with the utmost care.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

Demonstrated experience managing I-9 documentation and compliance; prior involvement in an I-9 audit is a major plus.

Familiarity with onboarding processes, especially in high-volume settings.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

Experience using HR systems—BambooHR and SharePoint strongly preferred.

Ability to navigate, analyze, and update employee records efficiently and accurately.
