JOB SUMMARY

 

Temporary Front Desk / Property Administrator
Location: Hanover, MA
Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
Compensation: $20–$23/hour
Environment: 100% Onsite
Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and personable Front Desk / Property Administrator to provide coverage and administrative support for a premier residential community. This is a temporary role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a professional, resident-facing environment and thrives in a customer service-oriented setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors with professionalism and warmth

  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phones and handling inquiries

  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scheduling, and maintaining records

  • Support the Property Manager and onsite team with daily operational needs

  • Ensure a welcoming atmosphere and uphold community standards

Candidate Profile:

  • Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative support role

  • Professional, courteous, and customer-service oriented

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Dependable and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

  • Bonus: Background in property management or real estate
