Merchandise Planning & Allocation

A rapidly growing organization in the Merrimack Valley area is seeking a Merchandise Planning and Allocation Coordinator to join their dynamic team on a hybrid basis. Key Responsibilities:

• Track purchase order flow and manage inventory movement 
• Support merchandise planning team by assisting in building and updating financial plans
• Monitor inventory levels and manage auto-replenishment strategies based on trends 
• Maintain pricing and promotional data in internal systems
• Execute initial allocation and replenishment plans for new product launches

Requirements:

• Prior planning experience or demonstrated knowledge of retail math is required
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Bachelor’s degree or current pursuit of a degree in Business, Retail, Analytics, or a related field
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy and 
• Clear communicator and team player
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
