Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the front-desk/receptionist, greeting and assisting all onsite guests
- Coordinate meeting space reservations, catering orders, and office-wide scheduling needs
- Own office supply management, vendor coordination, and facilities support
- Support internal teams with basic administrative tasks and event coordination
- Help create a polished, welcoming environment for staff and visitors alike
- 1–2 years of administrative or office support experience (internships or post-grad roles welcome!)
- Professional, well-groomed presence with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail, strong organizational habits, and a proactive work ethic
- Comfort working onsite full-time in a fast-paced, growing company
- A can-do attitude and desire to grow into a long-term role within the organization
