People and Culture Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY
The TA Operations Coordinator will play a key role in supporting HR operations and ensuring a seamless employee experience. This role will provide administrative and operational support across People & Culture functions, including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

3-4 month contract 

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-tier customer service by responding to HR-related inquiries and escalating as needed.
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition team with scheduling interviews, coordinating logistics, and managing candidate travel and expenses.
  • Support the planning and execution of meetings, events, and onboarding activities, including the Intern/Career Start programs.
  • Maintain and update P&C Operations Department SOP documentation to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the employee experience.
  • Manage invoices and expenses related to People & Culture operations, collaborating with finance and accounting teams.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly reports to leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Provide support on special projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR operations, administrative support, or office management.
  • Strong experience in interview scheduling and calendar management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, OneDrive).
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems; Oracle experience is a plus.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a collaborative and service-oriented mindset.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Resourceful and proactive problem solver with a results-driven approach.
Pays- $30-35/hr depending on experience
