In this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Light typing and data entry
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Ordering office supplies
- Filing and organizing legal documents
- Running occasional errands
- Providing general clerical support where needed
What we’re looking for:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Professional phone etiquette
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, dependable, and punctual
This is a part-time, temp-to-hire position with flexible afternoon hours (Monday–Friday, 20–25 hours/week). You'll be working on-site in Springfield, and paid parking is included. Pay ranges from $18–$20/hour, depending on experience.
