JOB SUMMARY

Temporary HR Administrator – I-9 Compliance Project

Location: Portsmouth, NH (Fully Onsite)
Duration: 1–2 Months
Pay Rate: $25–30/hr 

We’re working with a global medical device and technology company that is seeking a Temporary HR Administrator to support a critical I-9 compliance audit project. This is a fully onsite role based in Portsmouth, NH, ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-driven environment and is passionate about HR operations and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a full audit of I-9 forms for U.S. employees to ensure accuracy and compliance.

  • Identify and correct discrepancies within existing records.

  • Organize and upload compliant documentation into SharePoint.

  • Collaborate with HR leadership to support broader data readiness efforts in preparation for a potential HRIS system transition.

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with the utmost care.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated experience managing I-9 documentation and compliance; prior involvement in an I-9 audit is a major plus.

  • Familiarity with onboarding processes, especially in high-volume settings.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

  • Experience using HR systems—BambooHR and SharePoint strongly preferred.

  • Ability to navigate, analyze, and update employee records efficiently and accurately.
