Customer Service Representative (Hybrid, Temp-to-Hire)
Waltham, MA | $20–$22/hr | Temp-to-Hire
We’re hiring three (3) Customer Service Representatives to support a growing organization. If you're a problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and wants to make a real impact helping customers, we want to hear from you.
About the Role:
This is a true call center role—high volume (up to 100 calls per day), primarily inbound, with some outbound calls for escalated issues.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a positive, efficient, and accurate manner

Research and resolve customer concerns such as transaction issues and technical problems

De-escalate complex or emotional situations with empathy and composure

Log and document all interactions clearly and thoroughly

Meet or exceed service level targets (SLAs) related to call handling, quality, and resolution time

Support additional team functions as needed to improve the customer experience

Ability to multitask and remain organized under pressure

A customer-first attitude and solution-oriented mindset

Familiarity with Microsoft Office and general comfort with telephony systems
Schedule & Work Setup:
-
Schedule: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM (occasional flexibility to cover earlier shifts)

Training: Onsite in Waltham, Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (first 2–3 weeks)

Hybrid Setup: After training, work from home with required in-office days Tuesdays and Wednesdays
