Outbound Caller
JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Part-Time Outbound Customer Service Representative to join our customer experience team. In this role, you'll proactively connect with our customers to ensure their satisfaction, address concerns, and gather valuable feedback to help improve our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers for follow-up on recent purchases, service experiences, or inquiries
- Conduct satisfaction surveys and collect customer feedback
- Proactively reach out to customers regarding new promotions, product updates, or account information
- Resolve customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
- Document all customer interactions in our CRM system
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling when appropriate
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, patient, and empathetic demeanor
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software systems
- Ability to work independently while following company protocols
- High school diploma or equivalent
Hours & Schedule
- 15-25 hours per week (After 3 weeks of training onsite this role will be hybrid working from home 2 days and in office 3 days)
