JOB SUMMARY
Job Title: Contract Recruiter – Sales Focus
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid – Onsite 1-2x/week initially, flexible remote thereafter)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a Contract Recruiter to cover a maternity leave and support full-cycle recruiting, primarily for sales positions (field sales, sales engineering, etc.). This is a 4-month contract starting mid-September, with potential for extension based on performance. The recruiter will also receive cross-training from the HR Generalist before their leave.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruiting for sales roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers.

Build and maintain candidate pipelines for field sales and technical sales positions.

Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Occasionally work Sundays as needed to align with Israel HQ schedule (Sunday-Thursday workweek).

Provide support for general HR tasks as needed and cross-train in HR processes.

Maintain candidate records and recruitment documentation accurately.
Qualifications:

3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in software/tech industries.

Experience recruiting sales professionals; cyber security experience is a plus but not required.

Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple requisitions and keep hiring managers on process.

Professional, down-to-earth personality with ability to collaborate across teams.

General HR experience is a plus.

Background check required prior to start.
Compensation:

$35–45/hour
Work Arrangement:
-
Hybrid: Onsite 1–2 times per week for training (first month), then flexible remote with occasional onsite attendance for interviews.
Contract Duration:

Minimum 4 months, with potential extension through January based on performance and business needs.
