JOB SUMMARY
Looking to bring on a Customer Service Representative!
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary liaison between customers, sales, and product lines
- Manage order entry (new, returns, samples, credits, debits)
- Maintain backlog to reflect customer requirements
- Handle expedite requests and customer complaints (escalating when needed)
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues
- Exercise good judgment to determine appropriate actions
- Build trust and strong relationships with internal teams and customers
